- We Build Green Cities, Portland’s first public-private initiative to grow the local clean technology and services industry like renewal able energy.
- Portland Watershed Management Plan and Grey to Green program to protect and restore Portland’s rivers, streams, groundwater and open spaces.
- Portland Oregon Sustainability Institute, now known as, EcoDistricts, which helps, “…guide city makers to take a collaborative, holistic, neighborhood-scale approach to community design… that matter to people and planet.
- Oregon Clean Energy Works, now known as Enhabit, with the, “…mission is to create social impact through better living spaces. We transform the everyday with hands-on human work…These efforts, in turn, create strong, thriving, and equitable communities.”
- Friends of Trees Individual Leadership Award in 2014 for leading Portland’s Grey to Green urban environment policies
